Offer confidential help for veterans, service members, and their families at no cost in a non-medical setting. Their services include counseling or needs such as depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the psychological effects of military sexual trauma,

Service members, veterans and their families are provided with therapy case management, and telemedicine services. Along with clinical services, the One Stop also offers peer support services through the Military Veteran Peer Network, and stigma reduction trainings.
