Student Enrollment

DACC’s official enrollment is calculated at Census Day and at the end of the term (EOT).  The Census Day number is used for IPEDS reporting and the EOT number is used for New Mexico Higher Education Department (HED) reporting.  Both calculations include any student enrolled in at least one DACC course, whether that student is DACC degree seeking or non-degree seeking, a student declared in a major at another NMSU System institution, or a Dual Credit or Early College High School student.

Unofficial daily enrollment reports are generated by the DACC Office of Institutional Analysis and are housed in the DACC SharePoint. For access to these reports, contact Jennifer Hodges (jhodges@dacc.nmsu.edu).
