Apply For Services
To receive services from the SAS office:
- Complete a New Student Application. Use your NMSU user name and password to log in to complete the application and select DACC as the primary campus.
- After submitting your application, you will receive an email from our system confirming receipt of your application and that provides a link that will allow you to upload supporting documentation of your disability. If you do not have existing documentation, provide your healthcare practitioner with a Verification Form for completion and submit that form as supporting documentation.
- Our office will then contact you to set up an intake appointment to discuss your situation and possible accommodations that may be appropriate.
