Apply For Services

To receive services from the SAS office:

  1. Complete a New Student Application. Use your NMSU user name and password to log in to complete the application and select DACC as the primary campus.
  2. After submitting your application, you will receive an email from our system confirming receipt of your application and that provides a link that will allow you to upload supporting documentation of your disability. If you do not have existing documentation, provide your healthcare practitioner with a Verification Form for completion and submit that form as supporting documentation.
  3. Our office will then contact you to set up an intake appointment to discuss your situation and possible accommodations that may be appropriate.
