Pork Lumpia - Slow cooked sesame pork with onions & carrots fried in a traditional wrapper with soy-ginger sauce.
Choice of Entrée
Viatnamese Pearled Pho - Thinly sliced beef with veal broth pearls and vermicelli noodles.

Tofu Sisig - Sauteed tofu with seared onions, peppers and chili presented with garlic fried rice.

Halo-Halo - Mango and pomegranate infused milk gel presented with ube ice cream & jelly.
