Mental Health Counseling

What is mental health counseling?

Mental health counseling is a professional service that helps individuals manage and overcome emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Through therapeutic techniques and conversations, counselors work with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them develop coping strategies, improve their mental well-being, and achieve personal growth. This type of counseling addresses a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship problems, providing support and guidance in a confidential, non-judgmental setting.
