Biography
Justin S. Lewis began his journey in higher education by securing a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Eager to learn more about the strategies of how policy and laws are written, Justin earned a second Master’s Degree in Rhetoric and Professional Communication. He has used his education to earn opportunities as a writer, teacher, consultant, and marketing strategist in Southern New Mexico and West Texas.
His passion, however, is teaching. Now, as full-time faculty at DACC, Justin hopes to continue to use his teaching platform to educate the next generation of different-makers to become great workers, leaders, family members, friends, helpers, and humans.
Beyond work, you can find Justin in the middle of the desert, woods, or some unpaved path cycling, hiking, or wandering directionless—this is his happy place.
