Doña Ana Community College (DACC) has been recognized for being one of the top colleges in the nation for student satisfaction.
The results are based on EdSights’ Student Voice Score® (SVS®), which uses an AI-powered chatbot to connect students with college information and support. The results come from the Student Voice Score® (SVS®) from EdSights, an AI chatbot program that helps students connect and receive answers related to college. The text message-based program began in December of 2025. DACC ranks twelfth in the nation for two-year colleges when it comes to student satisfaction.

The results are compiled from student responses and feedback during spring 2026. Students who responded to questions regarding DACC gave positive feedback regarding accessibility, affordability, convenience, helpful faculty and staff, student services, and academic support. First-generation students reported higher satisfaction.
Students who attend two-year public institutions reported the highest satisfaction rates. They attribute their satisfaction due to flexibility of schedules, online/hybrid options for courses, tutoring, advising, and transfer support. DACC's chatbot, Roady, routinely sends personalized texts to students to check in on their student experiences at the college. The program is available 24/7.
