Platforms we support

Tools for learning and collaboration

The VLIT team provides training and support for the platforms used across DACC's online, hybrid, and in-person courses. Whether you're a new student or a seasoned faculty member, we help you get comfortable and confident with the technology.

Canvas LMS

DACC's course management system. Access coursework, submit assignments, check grades, and communicate with your instructors.

Microsoft 365

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more — free for all DACC students. Create, collaborate, and store files in the cloud from any device.

Microsoft Outlook

Your official NMSU email and calendar. We help with setup, organization, and making sure you never miss an important message.

Microsoft Teams

Messaging, video calls, and file sharing in one place. Used for virtual office hours, group projects, and faculty-student communication.

Zoom

Virtual class sessions and meetings. Get help with setup, audio and video settings, breakout rooms, and best practices for online participation.

Respondus Lockdown Browser

Required for many online exams. We help you install it, test your setup before exam day, and troubleshoot any issues that come up.

Adobe Creative Cloud

Support for Adobe programs used in coursework, including Acrobat for PDFs and other creative tools available through DACC.

OneDrive and cloud storage

Guidance on saving, organizing, and sharing files in the cloud so your work is always backed up and accessible on any device.

Xcite iPad

Setup, training, and device management support for your DACC-issued iPad, including app installation and MDM questions.
