It’s where you’ll receive important messages about your courses, financial aid, advising, campus updates, and more. Step-by-Step: Accessing Your Student Email
- Go to MyNMSU.
 - Log in using your NMSU username and password.
 - Click the Email & Collaboration tab, then click on the Microsoft Outlook Email card. You can also go directly to outlook.office.com and sign in with your NMSU credentials.
 - You’ll be taken directly to your NMSU student inbox.
 - Bookmark this page or download the Outlook app for easier access.

On a computer: You can use Outlook through any browser or install the Microsoft 365 desktop app.
On mobile:
- Go to your device’s app store (or use the Self Service app on your XCITE iPad).
 - Search for “Outlook.”
