- Adult Drug Court Program Scholarship
- Established in 2017 by the 3rd Judicial District Adult Drug Court program to support students seeking to earn their degree with a preference for students who have been in the foster care system or who have been affected by drug abuse.
- Must be a full-time student
- Must have a declared major in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice
- Must have successfully completed a minimum of 30 credit hours
- Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Must be student(s) who are residents of Doña Ana County
- Must complete the personal statement on the scholarship application
- Preference shall be given to a student directly affected by drug abuse as indicated on the scholarship application
- Preference for students from the NM State Foster Care system as documented on the scholarship application

- American Society of Women Accountants Scholarship
- Established to promote women in accounting
- Must have completed Acct. 252 or its equivalent
- GPA of 2.3 or better and a 3.0 GPA in upper division courses

- Amaro Tawney Family Scholarship DACC to NMSU
- Established Andrea and James Tawney for students pursuing a criminal justice degree who plan to attend DACC for two years plus two years at NMSU Las Cruces campus to pursue a bachelor’s degree. This current use scholarship may be eligible for matching funds from the earnings of the Jon Wynne Endowment at the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.
- Must be enrolled at Dona Ana Community College (DACC)
- Must be taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
- Must have a declared major in Criminal Justice
- Must demonstrate financial need as determined by official FASFA results
- Established Andrea and James Tawney for students pursuing a criminal justice degree who plan to attend DACC for two years plus two years at NMSU Las Cruces campus to pursue a bachelor’s degree. This current use scholarship may be eligible for matching funds from the earnings of the Jon Wynne Endowment at the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.
- Business Office Technology Scholarship
- Established in 2017 for students in their last year of study in the Business Office Technology program. This scholarship was established by a faculty member to support students as they move toward accomplishing their educational goals. The scholarship may be eligible for matching funds from the earnings of the Jon Wynne Endowment at the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.
- Students required to take developmental Math and/or English must complete those courses prior to being eligible for this award.
- Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
- Must be a declared major in Business Office Technology
- Must show financial need as determined by official FAFSA results
- Must complete a statement of personal or career goals included in the scholarship application
- Must be a Sophomore with two semesters remaining to complete associate degree
- 1st semester award – $350 scholarship
- 2nd semester award – $500 scholarship

- Dolores Lucero Connor Success Scholarship (DACC to NMSU)
- Established in 2014 and renewed in 2017 by Dolores Lucero Connor to support the educational goals of students who choose to complete their associate’s degree in a business program at DACC and transfer into a degree-seeking program at NMSU – Las Cruces in the College of Business.
- NMSU-DACC Criteria
- Must be enrolled full-time at DACC
- Must be in final semester with a declared major in Pre-Business or Business Management (or successor discipline)
- Must have declared intent to transfer to NMSU-Las Cruces in the College of Business the semester following completion of DACC program
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
- Award amount shall be calculated as an equivalent to the amount of tuition for nine credit hours at NMSU-DACC
NMSU-Las Cruces Criteria
- Must be enrolled in the NMSU-Las Cruces College of Business
- Must have received the Dolores and William Connor Success Current Use Scholarship previously
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
- Award amount shall be calculated as an equivalent to the amount of tuition for four credit hours at NMSU-Las Cruces
- NMSU-DACC Criteria
- Established in 2014 and renewed in 2017 by Dolores Lucero Connor to support the educational goals of students who choose to complete their associate’s degree in a business program at DACC and transfer into a degree-seeking program at NMSU – Las Cruces in the College of Business.
- MCS Industries Scholarship
- Established in 2016 by MCS Industries to support students pursuing a degree in business
- Must be enrolled at DACC
- Preference shall be given to students enrolled at Gadsden, Sunland Park or Chaparral campuses
- Must be a full-time student
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Preference for a declared major of Business Office Technology with an Administrative Assistant or Bilingual Office Specialist option
- Established in 2016 by MCS Industries to support students pursuing a degree in business
- Mesilla Valley Culinary Arts Endowed Scholarship
- Established in 2013 by Dr. Kim Seifert and Mrs. Gail Seifert along with support from Marci Dickerson of The Dickerson Group, Tom & Jerean Hutchinson of La Posta de Mesilla, Ashley Springer of De La Vega’s Pecan Grill & Brewery, and the Ramada Palms in support of students perusing a degree in the culinary arts program. This current use scholarship may be eligible for matching funds from the earnings of the Jon Wynne Endowment at the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.

- Established in 2016 by Liz Ramirez Lopez and Edward G. Lopez in loving memory of Daniel V. and Eloisa V. Ramirez. Daniel and Eloisa are parents of Liz Ramirez Lopez. Eloisa created a home known for unselfish love, never ending compassion, generosity and strong family values as well as a welcoming smile to all. Daniel and Eloisa treated their community with the same love and generosity they gave their family.
- Students beginning at DACC and transferring to NMSU
- Must be enrolled full-time at NMSU-DACC
- Must be enrolled in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement
- Must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7
- Preference shall be given to a student who is employed as a law enforcement agent or is the spouse, child, grandchild or guardian of a law enforcement agent
- Preference shall be given to students who are employed
- Award may be renewed for a maximum of 6 semesters
