Creating an Appointment Through Navigate


  1. Go to Navigate or click on "Navigate" on or download the Navigate Student app.
  2. Click on "Appointments" on the left menu.
  3. Click on the "Make an Appointment" at the top right (the blue box).
  4. Use the drop-down options on the left.
  5. What type of appointment: Student Coaching. 
  6. Choose Service Type - choose an option that is suitable to your needs.
  7. Pick a date and it will take you to another screen with available times.
  8. After setting your date, you can use the other filters such as Staff, Location, and Meeting Method to narrow down the appointments you can view.
