Personal & Career Discovery Course
In this short course, participants develop a personalized plan to long-term employment -- the Blueprint for Employment. Throughout the participatory activities, assessments, discussions, and reflection, participants will develop a Personal Profile, which gives them insight into their strengths, values, and experiences that shape their skills and qualifications, provides content for resumes, interviews, and elevator pitches. They will also develop an Employment Profile, which narrows down employment options into a relevant set of criteria to clarify job searches and identifying skills and training needed.
Life Skills Mini-Course Series & Work Readiness Workshops
