Doña Ana Community College (DACC) will hold a free resource fair for veterans as part of the Veterans Day holiday.
The fair is scheduled for Wednesday, November 6th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the East Mesa Campus, 2800 Sonoma Ranch Blvd. inside the student resources building. The event will include a variety of vendors relating to veterans to include; Veterans Affairs (VA) resources, the vet truck from the Las Cruces Vet Center, decompression stations, music and games.
Veterans Day is a federal holiday that is celebrated in the U.S. every November 11th. The day honors all military veterans for their patriotism, love of country and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good.
