Abraham Thomas Gonzalez was born as the second child of Donnie & Rosella Gonzalez on July 2nd 1973, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Abe is a graduate of Las Cruces High school and holds an Associate Degree from DACC where he was a member of the first graduating class of the Respiratory Care Program. Abe is an Entrepreneur & Registered Respiratory Therapist and has been practicing Respiratory Therapy for over 15 years. He worked at Memorial Medical Center for 10 years as a Staff Therapist in all areas enjoying his work in the Emergency Room and Intensive care. He was then promoted to Supervisor and ultimately as Manager of both the Respiratory Therapy Department and the Sleep Diagnostic Lab. In 2001 he left the Hospital and assisted in creating Sleep Lab of Las Cruces with Dr. Paul Feil M.D. He is also the President and Owner of Dona Ana Medical Supply & Silver City Medical Supply which have been in business for 8 years. He is a current board member of the New Mexico Society for Respiratory care and is also a member of the DACC Respiratory Care Advisory Board. His hobbies include cooking, Pittsburg Steelers Football and spending time with his beautiful family, his wife Sheila and children Stephanie, Joey and Demetria.
