Mr. Fuentes first earned an Associates Degree in Occupational Business through DACC in 1994. He continued his education at Park University where he got a BA in Business Management and Human Resources. He later obtained an MA in Education through the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Fuentes's various awards and recognition. are indicators ofh.is commitment to bettering our community. His accomplishments include the Texas Chambers of Commerce Star Lighter Award for significant contribution of Bilingual Adult Education in El Paso, Texas. He received a certificate of recognition for successfully completing professional training in Adult Bilingual Education. Mr. Fuentes also participated in the Bilingual Workforce Development Training Institute conducted by the Adult Bilingual Curriculum Institute- a project funded by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration.
