Microsoft 365 – FREE for DACC students

Your student enrollment at DACC qualifies you to have free access to Microsoft 365 on any device you own.  This includes your iPad, smartphone, and any desktop computer.  Follow the directions below to download the Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. onto your iPad.

To download the Microsoft suite to your iPad, go to the App Store and search Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Microsoft OneDrive.  Each individual app has been linked below as well.

Microsoft Word- Your word creation tool.  Create, edit, share with classmates, and other devices that you are logged into with your Microsoft 365 student account.  Start a project in the computer lab and finish on your iPad at home without having to email it to yourself or transfer to a jump drive.

Microsoft Excel – Your spreadsheet and budget creator tool.  Create, edit, share with classmates, and other devices that you are logged into with your Microsoft 365 student account.  Start a project in the computer lab and finish on your iPad at home without having to email it to yourself or transfer to a jump drive.

Microsoft Powerpoint – Your slideshow, presentation tool.  Create, edit, share with classmates, and other devices that you are logged into with your Microsoft 365 student account.  Start a project in the computer lab and finish on your iPad at home without having to email it to yourself or transfer to a jump drive.

Microsoft OneDrive – Store it all and access it at any time, cloud storage.  With your Microsoft 365 student account, you gain access to 1TB of cloud storage.  OneDrive can be accessed from any smart device, any campus computer, and any computer connected to the internet.  Create folders for each semester and for each course you are enrolled in to keep your organized as you earn your degree.  Share documents from word, excel, or powerpoint easily with classmates or faculty.

Once you have downloaded the apps open your Microsoft OneDrive app and sign in using your student email address and email password.  Repeat this process for Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
