Program Accreditation

jrcertThe DACC Radiologic Technology Program is currently fully accredited through the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). Our most recent site visit was in June of 2016. The JRCERT awarded our program accreditation for a period of eight years. The next site visit is tentatively scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.

“The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology is dedicated to excellence in education and to quality and safety of patient care through the accreditation of educational programs in radiation and imaging sciences”.

“The JRCERT is the only agency recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) for the accreditation of traditional and distance delivery educational programs in radiography, radiation therapy, magnetic resonance, and medical dosimetry. For more information about the USDE, go to https://www.ed.gov.”

“The JRCERT is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). CHEA is a national advocate and institutional voice for self-regulation of academic quality through accreditation. CHEA is an association of 3,000 degree granting colleges and universities and recognized 60 institutional and programmatic accrediting organizations. For more information on CHEA, go to chea.org.”
