    • Canvas Integration

      These are some options:
      • Live Zoom class sessions on topics like Choosing a Research Topic, Using Library Databases, Evaluating Resources, Citing Your Sources, and more.
      • Prerecorded videos on topics of your choice.
      • Librarian office hours for your class.
      • Research Guides that bring together the best library resources for your class and subject lists of databases. These can be chosen from External Tools in Canvas. See our short video: How to use the External Tool to add Library Resources to Your Canvas Course.
      • You can add a Librarian (a role) to one of our Librarians to be present in your class.

    • Faculty Support Portal

This highlights specific services and resources for faculty and covers these topics: Critical Thinking, Information Literacy, Research Guides, Library Presentations, Adding Library Resources to Your Canvas Course, and Professional Development Resources.

    • Classroom Librarian Visit or Information Literacy Instruction

We offer sessions on library-based research including an overview of the most important library resources in your discipline, paper writing, proper citation of sources, and more. Request a Classroom Librarian Visit or Information Literacy Instruction through our Instructional Librarian Request Form.

    • Research Guides

We can make research guides for your class or subject area to gather the most relevant library resources on an easy to access web page. To see some examples, see our current Research Guides. Request a research guide with the Research Guide Request Form.

    • Items on Reserve at the Library

We can hold items on reserve to allow your students to use them in the library. This could be an extra textbook that you have, supplemental reading, or audiovisual material. Please Ask Us! if you have an item you'd like to place on reserve at the library or use the Instructor’s form for Placing items on Reserve.

    • Purchase Request

If you know of a resource that would be useful to you or our students that the library doesn't have, please use the Request Library Item Form to ask the library to purchase it.

Don't see what you need?

Just Ask Us! and we'll do our best to help you.
