Clinical Semester Orientation

Clinical and internships provide students the opportunity to put what they have learned in the classroom and lab into action, caring for patients.  Each clinical location has special requirements to ensure patient safety, including but not limited to patient confidentiality, rights, communication, care, and protection.  Each semester you will be asked to attend an orientation to review the program and facilities policies, complete education, expectations, and agreements on acceptable behaviors in the clinical setting.  This semester this orientation will be provided online via zoom and a canvas course.  Please register and choose a time that works best for your schedule. Each zoom session is limited to 25 students.
