Covid19 Proof of Immunization

DACC is extremely excited to have you as a student this fall 2022 semester. As we return to offering classes and services on our campuses and our locations, safety against COVID19 remains a top priority for all members of the DACC/NMSU community. As such, NMSU Chancellor Dan Arvizu issued a mandate that all new incoming and transfer students are required to submit COVID19 vaccination records or have an approved exemption by August 1, 2022.


If you have enrolled or have been admitted to the fall 2022 semester, you can now upload your vaccination records by signing into Crimson Connection with your NMSU credentials. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Once you sign in, create an account.
  2. Once you have created the account, you will see a tab - Immunization Requirements.
  3. Upload your immunization records,

Implication for not complying with this mandate are also available on this page through Crimson Connection.

In the near future, New Mexico State University will be partnering with Med+Proctor to manage immunization records and process your immunization documentation and/or exemption requests. When the new online system is implemented we will notify all students via your NMSU email account and update these instructions.
