Dental ProgramsThe Dental Programs at Doña Ana Community College consist of both, the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs. Information for each program is provided on the right side under degrees and certifications, program roadmaps, and catalog. The additional information section contains important information about accreditation, specific program information, the application for each program and the link to sign up for a program information session. There is also a link to the Dental Clinic, which is a reduced pricing for most regular services. Check back often for dates and times. |

Diagnostic Medical SonographyA diagnostic medical sonographer is a highly-skilled professional who uses specialized equipment to create and analyze images of anatomical structures inside the body utilizing high-frequency sound waves. These images are used by physicians to make a medical diagnosis. |

Respiratory TechnolgyRespiratory Therapists play critical roles as members of the health care team in caring for patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Respiratory therapists provide care for a diverse patient population, from newborns and children to adults and the elderly. Disease states and conditions often requiring respiratory care include asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cystic fibrosis, emphysema, heart attack, infant respiratory distress, pneumonia, postoperative surgical complications, shock, stroke and trauma. |
