Microsoft Access is the perfect computer tool to help you organize and utilize your company's information in a way that saves you time, and helps you to analyze data and make better decisions. This seminar covers the basics of planning, creating and modifying a database. Students will create a new table, and will learn about fields, including data types, properties and learning about queries and the QBE grid. Students will learn about simple reports. Please bring ideas for your own database on the last day of class. The instructor will advise you on the best way to set up your database to fit your needs. |

Learn about advanced queries, advanced reports (headers, footers, and detail sections), calculations in queries and reports, and form design. Adobe: Learn PDF basics and explore the Acrobat interface as you navigate and organize PDF documents. Create a PDF document from within Acrobat and from within other applications such as word processors or other Creative Suite applications, and web pages. Modify PDF content by rearranging, editing, and formatting existing text; and adding headers, footers, watermarks, and backgrounds. Insert multimedia content, including audio, video, and flash files. Improve accessibility in a document as you add bookmarks and links. Learn to manage security issues using password encryption and digital signatures. |
