Cooperative Education Program

WHAT IS COOPERATIVE EDUCATION?

Cooperative Education (Co-op) is a program that allows you to gain actual on-the-job training in a position related to your major field of study while earning academic credit. Co-op combines classroom studies with professional experience in your field. If you are unsure of your career goals, this is a great opportunity to find out about a career. If you are already focused, you can learn more about the field and begin working your way up in an organization before you even graduate. Either way, you will have gained quality work experience.
