ATTENTION STUDENTS

EFFECTIVE SUMMER 2014

OLD REFUND POLICY

100% Refund- Courses dropped before census date are eligible for 100% tuition and fee refund and the course does not appear on the student’s academic record.

50% Refund- courses dropped after census and within 30% of term calendar days are eligible for 50% tuition refund and are assigned a “W” grade.

25% Refund- courses dropped within 31% to 40% of term calendar days are eligible for 25% tuition refund and are assigned a “W” grade.

NEW REFUND POLICY

100% Refund (no change)- courses dropped before census date are eligible for 100% tuition and fee refund and the course does not appear on the student’s academic record.

0% Refund- courses dropped after census date are not eligible for refund and course is assigned a “W” grade.  This ensures that all courses on a student’s academic record are billed at 100% of the cost of the course.
