Essential Details

After registering for courses, make sure you take care of the following details:

Pay for Classes

It is important that you make a 10% minimum down payment for your courses by the deadline on your official printed schedule. Those who don't meet this deadline will be dropped from their courses. Payments may be made through the my.nmsu.edu account or in person at the DACC Cashier's Office, Main Building, Room 115, (575) 527-7516.

Get your Books

It's a great idea to buy your books a few days ahead of the semester beginning to get a jump start on the class. Remember to save your receipts in case you need to return the book. The DACC Bookstore at the Central Campus is located in the Classroom Building, Room 170, (575) 527-7692. Other DACC campuses/centers have some availability of books as well.

Parking Permits

Parking in the paved lots on the DACC Central Campus requires a parking permit. Parking in any unpaved lot is free. Parking at the East Mesa, Gadsden, Sunland Park and White Sands campus is also free. Parking permits are available in person at the DACC Cashier's Office, Main Building, Room 115, (575) 527-7516, or through the NMSU Parking Department.

Arrange Housing & Meal Plan

Eligible DACC students can live on campus at NMSU Main Campus. Meal plans are also available. Contact NMSU Department of Housing, Educational Services Building, (575) 646-3202, and NMSU Campus Dining Services, Corbett Center, (575) 646-4801.
